3. Can I return a product?
Standard (non-customized) items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Custom or personalized products are non-refundable.
4. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged upon delivery, please document the damage with the courier and contact us immediately with photos and the damage report. Returns without a report cannot be accepted.
5. Do you offer custom sizes or colors?
