Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is entered into by and between:

(Referred to hereafter as “Seller”)

Buyer: The person who places an order via the Seller’s website.
(Referred to hereafter as “Buyer”)

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with relevant consumer protection laws regarding the sale and delivery of products/services ordered by the Buyer through the Seller’s e-commerce platform.

3. Product and Payment

  • Product details, prices, and payment terms are as listed on the product page at the time of order.

  • Payments are collected through secure payment providers.

  • For personalized or custom-made products, changes or cancellations after order confirmation are not accepted.

4. Delivery

  • Products are shipped in specially designed protective packaging.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs procedures.

  • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by logistics companies or customs.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.

  • Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

  • Products damaged during delivery must be documented via a damage report at the time of delivery; otherwise, they are not eligible for return.

6. Customs and Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during delivery to their country.

  • The Seller will assist with documentation and guidance upon request.

7. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey.

However, the Seller shall make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaints or disputes amicably through communication and customer support prior to legal action.
