🔄 Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Customized or made-to-order products (including color changes, custom sizes, or personal requests) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Standard products can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date , provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged products upon arrival must be reported immediately with an official damage report signed by the courier at the time of delivery. Returns will not be accepted if the damage is not properly documented (a report is not filed) upon receipt.
