Buyer: The person who places an order through the Seller’s website.
(Hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”)
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with relevant consumer protection laws regarding the saleand delivery of products/services ordered by the Buyer through the Seller’s e-commerce platform.
3. Product and Payment
Product details, prices, and payment terms are as listed on the product page at the time of order, and are subject to change. Payments are collected through secure payment providers. For personalized or custom-made products, changes or cancellations are not accepted after order confirmation.
4. Delivery
Products are shipped in specially designed protective packaging. Theorders have an average deliverylead time of 4-5 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs procedures. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by logistics companies or customs.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned. Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Products damaged during delivery must be documented with a damage report at the time of delivery; otherwise, they will not be considered eligible for return.
6. Customs and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties,taxes, or charges arising from delivery to their country . The Seller will assist with documentation and guidance upon request.
7. Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In any dispute arising from this agreement,the partiesaccept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Turkey). However, the Seller will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaints or disputes amicably through communication and customer support before legal proceedingsare initiated.
